GUEST SERVICES’ CHOICE CUISINE PROGRAM

Guest Services’ Choice Cuisine program is at the cutting edge of innovation in the food service industry today. The service modules combine variety, quality and value. Each menu is designed with the customer in mind; we refer to it as our “interactive menu”. The menu involves the customer in the process, whether in the selection of the food items and quantity desired, or simply indicating the choices to an attendant or watching as the food is prepared to perfection. The presentation plan is such that it facilitates the highest level of visibility of menu items even before they are prepared; the objective is to provide the consumer with a sense of comfort and see what is being prepared prior to service.

Guest Services has designed a menu program featuring venues similar to food courts seen in regional shopping malls and progressive food facilities in the business community.  We have embraced this method of providing quality food in many of our operations.  This program has allowed us to supplement cycle menus and offer popular items more than once or twice every four weeks.  Each venue has a plentiful selection of varied menu items for the customer to choose his/her favorite, any day of the week, without waiting for it to re-appear during the cycle form of menu development.  Every menu item in each proposed venue is evaluated quarterly for popularity and financial performance.  Changes will be completed quarterly to incorporate seasonal selections and popular food items.  On a staggered schedule, every station features a daily special to entice customers.  We have found this method of service increases choices available to the customer and  increases participation levels.

Baker’s Street
Fresh out of the oven, these delicious delicacies will tempt all of your senses.  A full line of breads, rolls, cakes, pies, cookies and more are baked fresh daily  for your indulgence.

Casa Amigo
All the flavors of the Southwest are wrapped into one menu in this house.  Travel “south of the border” with our selection of quesadillas, soft tacos, nachos grande, chicken fajitas and more.  

Farmer's Table 
Hearty home cooking served from the Heartland will warm your heart at Farmer’s Table.  Everything from roasted lemon tarragon chicken and fettuccini Alfredo to the Chef’s meatloaf and pan-fried catfish with hushpuppies are cookin’ at the Table.

Chicago Rotisserie
Rotisserie chicken never tasted this good!  Whole juicy chicken is roasted daily in the rotisserie.  Our special recipe of herbs and spices makes this crispy chicken a distinctive treat.

The Crock Pot
A new soup is simmering daily at the Crock Pot.  Fill up with our spicy chili or famous bean soup.  Our savory selections are available by the cup or the bowl.  This meal is sure to warm your appetite.

Palace Dragon
The secrets of the Far East are revealed at this food station.  Tantalize your tastebuds with steamed rice, Kum Pao chicken, shrimp egg rolls or sushi.  Our Woks are sizzling with anticipation.

The Salad Garden
Light fare for a fast, fresh alternative.  Choose from a selection of prepared salads, dressings, low fat yogurts, fresh vegetables, and mouth-watering fruit. Salads are purchased by the ounce.

Malibu Wraps
Join the cool California wrap craze with a mouthful of fresh ingredients all wrapped in a variety of tortilla wraps.  Add your favorite ingredients to our quality deli meats and salads for the perfect combination of tastes, all rolled into one.

This service counter is dedicated to providing the best hot and cold drinks available in the market today.  Beverages include, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, hot Tazo tea, Tazo Chai as well as cold café latte and iced caramel macchiato.  This concept is perfect for the coffee shop space.

Caesars Corner
This venue offers fresh made-to-order Caesar salad with an expanded offering of chicken, shrimp, flank steak, or a surf and turf salad.  Our salads are tossed in the finest Caesar dressing and topped with crispy onion laces, roasted potato cubes, seasoned home made garlic croutons and topped with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese from the cheese wheel.

Wild Wild Wings
Lightly seasoned and fried wings tossed in the sauce of your choice served with celery and carrot sticks, and cornbread.  Variety of sauces include, Lone Star BBQ, Oriental Express Pineapple Teriyaki, Southwestern Jalapeno and Lime, Mediterranean Garlic and Herb, Lemon Pepper, and our Original Buffalo Sauce.
