For nearly 100 years, Guest Services has led the way in creating customized management concepts for a wide variety of private resorts, hotels and National Park Service properties across the United States. Along the way, we have learned to manage all aspects of these properties and, in each case, we are specifically focused on superior customer service, professional administration, overall property supervision and a strong return on investment for our owners.

Communities

A natural extension of our hotel and resort management portfolio is the management of condominium communities. With extremely low maintenance costs and enticing amenity structures, condominiums have become an increasingly attractive lifestyle option for many homeowners in today’s market. Guest Services is proud to manage some of the most successful and beautiful properties on the East Coast.

National and State Parks

While all of the properties in our portfolio are unique, some are iconic national treasures. Our long-standing partnerships with the National Park Service and many state parks are testament to our high degree of commitment to these beloved landmarks. We consider our involvement with these properties to be a great privilege and are proud of our accomplishments on behalf of our clients and park visitors.

Recreation Facilities

From the famous paddleboats on the National Mall’s Tidal Basin and houseboats at Lake Roosevelt in the state of Washington, to tennis and equestrian centers, Guest Services manages numerous types of recreation facilities across the country. Our management expertise spans all manner of water sports in addition to golf, tennis, skiing, snowboarding, skeet shooting and ice skating.
Marinas hold a prominent position in our recreation management portfolio. Up and down the East Coast and in Washington state, we operate marinas for power boats, sailboats, houseboats, canoes, shells and rowboats. Many of our marinas also offer camps and lessons to enhance the expertise of our customers.

Government Dining and Facilities

In 1917, Guest Services came into being as a resource for feeding government employees during WWI. Ever since that beginning, the federal government has been a critically important client. From managing the foodservice for some of the nation’s most prestigious and high-profile organizations to full-service management of government training facilities, we have touched, and hopefully enhanced, millions of lives.
