Mr. Hirsch joined Guest Services in 2003, after having served as Director of Human Resources for the Marasco Newton Group and SRA International. With over 35 years of HR experience and expertise in the areas of Compensation, Training, Recruitment, Benefits, and Employment Law, Mr. Hirsch brings to Guest Services a comprehensive background of best practices in Corporate Workforce Development, Talent Management and Administration.
He graduated with a B.F.A. degree in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology, is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and has been recognized by Nation’s Restaurant News and the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation as a SPIRIT Award winner in the on-site category for Best HR Practices.
