Mr. Andrae joined Guest Services in 2009 as divisional executive chef, following a distinguished career that took him from the White House to the renowned Bellagio Hotel & Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. He brings 30 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, and has earned significant media recognition in such publications as The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine and Culinary Review for his work.
Mr. Andrae is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to joining Guest Services, he worked for Compass Group America on a number of prestigious accounts, including ExxonMobil. Through his work, he actively supports numerous charitable organizations, such as Share Our Strength and World’s Neediest Kids.
