Since our founding in 1917, Guest Services has been setting industry standards for food service and hospitality management. From our roots as a sole-source supplier to government, providing food service in cafeterias and other federal dining facilities, we expanded our reach through management of government and National Park Service lodging, recreation and retail services.
In the 1970s, Guest Services branched out into the private sector. We started pursuing, and winning, contracts to provide the food service for prestigious companies such as law firms and government contractors, senior living communities, museums, and schools and colleges. Our lodging portfolio grew with the management of historic hotels for the National Park Service. We also expanded our geographic reach, with accounts up and down the East Coast and west to California and Washington state. Along the way, our reputation for personalized service earned us contracts for the full-service management of condominium communities, and this industry has become one of the strongest representations in our portfolio.
