Across the country, our resort and hotel management teams ensure that all employees comply with our exacting standards, policies and practices. Among many other duties, they oversee sales and marketing, promotions, setting rates for rooms, prices for meals and fees for other services. Our teams are also responsible for supervising all staff-related activities, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and assessing performance related to staff members’ functions within the property.
