
Guest Services has been setting industry standards for food service, hotel and lodging, resorts, leisure services, and general hospitality management for decades. What began as a sole-source food service supplier for government facilities in 1917 has expanded into a sophisticated multi-service provider reaching virtually every corner of the United States and every facet of the hospitality management industry.
As our capabilities and outstanding reputation have grown, so has our lodging portfolio. This has been possible through our partnerships with the National Park Service and state park historic hotels, as well as branded hotels from our international partners: Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott. When Guest Services branched out into the private sector in the 1970s, we quickly won contracts to provide food service for prestigious law firms and large government contractors, senior living communities, museums, schools, and colleges.
The organization’s recreation services also greatly expanded with the addition of marinas, boathouses, golf courses, and ski operations. Our rapid growth, breadth of industry experience, and blossoming reputation for personalized service have most recently earned us contracts for full-service management of condominium communities, which has become a hallmark of our hospitality portfolio.
Today, our geographic reach encompasses over 25 states along the East Coast and the Midwest, as well as California, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. Through constant innovation, diverse culinary and hospitality capabilities, and passion for excellent service, our expansion strategy is tactically designed for continuous modernization parallel to burgeoning hospitality services and industries.
