Thank you for participating in our Video Testimonial program! By submitting your video testimonial ("Submission"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: Submission Guidelines: Your Submission should be a video describing your experience at one of Guest Services, Inc.'s properties. Please keep the video respectful and suitable for public viewing. Ownership and Use: You grant Guest Services, Inc. ("Guest Services") the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your Submission in any media worldwide, without compensation or notification to you. Guest Services may edit or modify the Submission as necessary for clarity or length. No Prizes or Compensation: This program does not offer any prizes, rewards, or compensation for Submissions. Rights Representation: You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your Submission, including intellectual property rights, and that the Submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Release of Liability: You release Guest Services, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or relating to your Submission or its use. Privacy: Personal information collected from you will only be used for administering this program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. General Conditions: Guest Services reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
