No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Contest is Guest Services, Inc., 3055 Prosperity Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22031. The nature of Sponsor’s business is food service, hospitality, recreation, lodging, and condominium management.

Promotion Description

The Adventures Unbound Share Your Story Contest (the “Contest”) will run quarterly. The first contest begins on May 21, 2026 at 12:01 am ET and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. The contest will continue until terminated by the Sponsor. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the Contest (“Entrant”), individuals must meet all of the following qualifications:

(a) Be age 18 or older as of May 1, 2026.

(b) Be a resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, Sponsor will provide a link to https://ugc.gethovr.com/?siteId=0AnrX7awfpsLciiw1m8Z. To enter, Entrants must upload a conforming video file and complete the Official Entry Form. Each upload and completed entry form is considered an “Entry”. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries; or entries that are not received in a timely manner due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error, or due to inaccessibility of the Internet or portions thereof.

By entering this Contest, each Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

Eligible Entrants may submit as many conforming Entries as they wish.

Uploads must conform to the following file types and sizes:

File type: .mp4 or .mov format

Size: length of 60 seconds or less

Judging

At the conclusion of the Entry Period, eligible submissions will be judged by a three-person panel consisting of Guest Services, Inc. Marketing Department employees (the “Judges”) according to the following criteria:

Creativity and originality

Strength of storytelling

Connection to the quarterly theme

How well the destination is featured

The Judges will select the Top 5 Entries in each Entry Period and post the videos to the Adventures Unbound social media feeds. The two Entries with the greatest number of likes will be declared the First and Second Place winners, respectively. Judging, scoring, and decision of the winners are at the sole discretion of Guest Service, Inc. and are final.

Prize Details

First Place: Two (2) Night Stay for up to two (2) people at an Adventures Unbound lodging property plus a $150.00 travel gift card. Lodging is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Second Place: $100.00 travel gift card.

No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is permitted. To receive their prize, Entrants must respond to the email sent upon their selection with their full name and address. Each Entrant may only win one prize. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and no transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided in their Official Entry Form. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the Entrant does not respond within ten (10) days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, or costs associated with the prize, including any federal, state, or other income tax.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy

Information provided to enter the Contest will not be sold to third parties. Sponsor and its affiliates may contact Entrants via email concerning the Contest or other promotional offers from Sponsor and its affiliates, and each Entrant consents to receiving such communications via email.

Automated Entries Prohibited

No mechanically reproduced, incomplete, forged, software generated or automated multiple entries will be accepted.

Limitations of Liability

By participating, each Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, and each of its respective agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisers, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (“Released Parties”) are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected or otherwise undeliverable mail, postage-due notices, release forms, affidavits or other correspondence; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing, human, typographical or other errors or ambiguities in (or involving) any materials associated with the Contest; (v) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and action of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Contest; (vi) acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising there from; and (vii) claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason, including, without limitation, if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Contest, strikes, lockouts, acts of God, technical difficulties, and other events not within the reasonable control of Sponsor.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE CONTEST HOMEPAGE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. Release& License

Entry into the Contest constitutes the Entrant’s permission for Sponsor to use Entrant’s name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media in perpetuity without further compensation or authorization.

Entrant grants to Sponsor a world-wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the entry (photos and video) in Company’s advertising and marketing campaigns which may include social media, print, digital, or any other medium now known or hereafter created.

Entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, and their officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Sponsoring Entities”), shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or from Entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Entrants also agree that the Sponsoring Entities have not made and shall not in any manner be liable for any warranty, guarantee, or representation, whether express or implied, with respect to any prize, including without limitation, the prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or who otherwise takes actions that do or are intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest. Sponsor also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry containing any obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate comments or other matter.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to the choice of law provisions thereof.

Headings used in these Official Rules are for convenience only and do not constitute a part of the Official Rules.
